Hey!

I am Kirsty, the owner of The DIY Bride.

We're here for every bride.

Hi, I’m Kirsty, and I started The DIY Bride in Brisbane in 2020.

When I was planning my own wedding, I couldn’t find the bridesmaid gifts I had in mind. I wanted something classic and simple that could still fit everything I needed. I searched the internet, and the only way to get what I wanted was to order 50. I gave five to my mum and my bridesmaids and stored the rest.

At the time I was selling wedding signage. I loved using my Cricut to help other brides DIY their big day without paying a crazy amount for seating charts and welcome signs. Then a customer asked what I’d done for my bridesmaids, and the rest is history.

Today everything is made to order in our little workshop in Brisbane. My mum, Sharon is my assistant superstar and helps make sure every order is perfect. We print every name ourselves, and I check every order before it goes out.

I make personalised gift bags, thank-you cards and wedding extras for your bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents and bridal party. If you can’t find what you’re after, message me. I love custom requests.
