Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and packed within 3 - 5 business days of an order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays (we're in Brisbane, Australia)

The DIY Bride is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any delays in transit.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate delivery address. If the wrong delivery address is provided, The DIY Bride will not offer any reimbursement.

The DIY Bride is not responsible for any additional fees such as import fees or taxes.

Shipping Costs

All orders receive free shipping. We offer flat-rate shipping for express domestic and international orders.

Order Tracking

All of our deliveries are sent via the Australia Post network. Most of our deliveries will include parcel tracking, which will be distributed when your item has been sent.

Order-By Dates

- Standard shipping (Australia): order by Fri 4 December.
- Express shipping (Australia): order by Fri 11 December.
- International express: order by Mon 7 December.
Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas.
